Welcome to RP.AI – Always Here for You. By accessing or using the App, you agree to this User Agreement.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this app. By using the service, you confirm your age and legal right to enter into this agreement.

1. Description of Services

RP.AI provides:

• AI role-playing chat and emotional interaction

• AI companion simulations

• Customizable AI personalities and chat styles

• Image and media generation features (if enabled)

The service is for entertainment only and not a substitute for real human relationships or professional advice.

1. User Responsibilities

You agree NOT to:

• Share illegal, harmful, or abusive content

• Engage in harassment, threats, violence, or exploitation

• Upload viruses or attempt to compromise our systems

• Misrepresent your identity or impersonate real individuals

• Use the App for commercial or political purposes

• Attempt to reverse-engineer or clone the App

Violation may lead to immediate account suspension.

1. In-App Purchases & Subscriptions

• Premium features are available via recurring or one-time purchases.

• All payments are processed securely by Google Play Billing.

• Refunds follow Google Play policies, not RP.AI policies.

You are responsible for managing your own subscriptions.

1. Content Ownership

• You own your messages, uploads, and generated images.

• You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to use anonymized data to improve AI performance.

All AI responses are generated algorithmically.

1. AI Behavior Disclaimer

AI content may sometimes be:

• Inaccurate

• Unexpected

• Not aligned with real-world facts

• Emotional or suggestive depending on user input

You understand and accept that AI interactions are simulated.

1. Termination and Suspension

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

• You violate this Agreement

• You engage in harmful or abusive behavior

• You are confirmed to be under 18

• You misuse paid features or commit fraud

You may delete your account anytime by contacting us.

1. Safety, Reporting & Moderation

We encourage users to report:

• Offensive or unsafe AI behavior

• Underage usage

• Bugs, security issues, or inappropriate content

1. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for:

• Emotional distress caused by AI conversations

• Loss of data or system failures beyond our control

• Misunderstanding AI replies or relying on AI content

This Agreement is governed by applicable international and local laws.

Disputes shall be resolved under the laws of the user’s jurisdiction.
